Booking a Group Visit to Tatton Park

Self-Guided Visits

For groups that love to explore at their own pace, the Groups Day Pass is the perfect ticket offer. A Groups Day Pass includes admission the Mansion, Gardens, and Farm. On special days throughout the summer, it can be upgraded to include admission to the Old Hall.

2025 Price: £16pp for a group of 15 or more adults (£21pp with Old Hall admission)

Elevated Experiences

Enjoy all the advantages of a Groups Day Pass and more! This packaged offer includes a private guided tour at any one of our main three attractions, standard admission for the remaining two, and a Pantry Platter lunch* at the Stables. 

2025 Price: £39.95pp for a group of 15 or more adults (£32.95pp for members of the National Trust)

*available to upgrade or remove from purchase.

National Trust Groups

Tatton Park is managed by Cheshire East Council on behalf of the National Trust which means we operate differently than other properties, including when it comes to group visits.

We offer free admission to the Mansion and Gardens only for members of the National Trust and you must bring your valid membership card with you on the day as we don't have the capability to look up your membership number. 

All group bookings must be secured with a non-refundable £30 deposit - this applies to National Trust groups also as we do not receive any financial compensation from the Trust for your booking. 

RHS Groups

As an RHS partner garden, we are pleased to offer free admission at the Gardens for individual members of the RHS. Please bring your valid membership card with you on the day.

We cannot offer any further benefits or discounts for RHS Affiliated Societies. Additional membership advantages for Affiliated Societies apply at the 5 official RHS Gardens only.

How to book a group visit

For initial enquiries, you may ring the Group Bookings department on 01625 374416.

  1. To begin the booking process, please fill out the enquiry form below or email tattongroups@cheshireeast.gov.uk directly.
  2. We will send you a booking form which includes all attraction opening times, admission prices, and other useful information.
  3. Once you have completed and returned the booking form, a non-refundable £30 deposit is then due to secure your booking and ensure that we will hold your details and proposed visit date in our system.
  4. Group numbers and arrival times do not need to be exact at this stage.
  5. Your details will be processed, and a confirmation email will be sent out to you with a booking reference number.
  6. Your final numbers and remaining payment are required at least two weeks prior to your visit.
  7. We will review all final details and send an updated booking confirmation email, as well as information on what to expect when you arrive.
