A chef who can produce to a consistent high standard and be confident in all aspects of food preparation, presentation, and service.
Will strive to keep our food safety and hygiene standards high by implementing current legalisation.
Experience: Section leader with the ability to delegate and supervise Commis Chefs, Apprentices, and Catering Assistants.
Be involved in the planning of new dishes and menus.
Help grow and drive a passionate team, lead them to a successful business.
Able to work in a high-volume catering operation.

Restaurant Manager

This is a fantastic career opportunity to work at Tatton Park in Cheshire. The role involves managing the day to day business within the Stables Restaurant, Gardener's Cottage and group/function lunches efficiently. It also involves focussing on daily sales targets, ensuring weekly orders are placed, assisting in providing 5-star customer service and continually striving for perfection and high levels of customer satisfaction, supporting staff training whilst motivating the team for daily service.
Experience: Supervising, restaurant management, hospitality, customer service 4 years (required)
