Learn at Tatton Park
Tatton Park is a vibrant, diverse education department offering memorable learning opportunities for all ages. Our workshops are developed to compliment the National Curriculum and to give children the opportunity to learn through a range of memorable, hands on experiences. We pride ourselves on delivering activities that cannot be replicated in the classroom and have a positive impact far beyond the visit itself. Our programme caters for EYFS through to Key Stage 4 and we are always happy to accommodate bespoke requests.
So why not come and find out for yourself just how wonderful a school visit to Tatton Park is!
Due to the enormous popularity of our workshops, we are now fully booked for Anglo Saxons and Viking workshops until November 2017. We are accepting onward bookings, or would be happy to add you to our cancellation list for this term. We apologise for any disappointment.
Tatton Park is a proud receipient of the Sandford Award - a recognition of excellence in heritage education. Our judges' report (2015) said:
Tatton Park has been a very attractive school visit location for many years. The staff continue to update their provision for schools regularly and ensure that they keep up to date with the National Curriculum. There is a wide variety of appropriate visits available for school groups of all ages and for many subjects that can be covered by a school visit there. It is definitely to be recommended.
