This exciting workshop will focus on capturing the essence of summer. Students will learn how their camera’s aperture, shutter speed and ISO affects the images and how to compose great photos. We will show the students how to use their camera settings creatively, capturing summery images through their viewfinders. We will work with aperture to blur the backgrounds behind the summer blossoms and shutter speed to capture Tatton’s wildlife at it’s best. We’ll look at famous photographers images together, discussing composition and how we can apply the same ideas in our own photographs. We’ll spend the lesson outdoors using our new knowledge to take stunning colourful summer photographs. Students will finish the workshop with a print of their favourite image to take home.
Teens £45 for workshop (bring own camera) or £58 for workshop + camera rental
