DogFest is the UK’s Ultimate Summer Festival for Dogs!

Ever wanted to be in a field surrounded by thousands of dogs? Look no further…

Fetch the lead and tell pup you’re going to spoil them rotten with the ultimate dogs day out at Tatton Park, Cheshire on 25 and 26 September!

Bring your new fur-friend and pop along to the Puppy Academy - the pawfect place to socialise, play, learn tricks and obedience techniques; or get together with others in your pack at the best breed meetups in town, take in the awesome doggy-displays in the Main Arena and join the pawsome new ‘Have-a-go’ activities from Ultimate Frisbee to Hide and Seek, and Pup Paddle Boarding!
After all that fun you can take a stroll through the festi-village and shop unique pet products you won’t find on the high street, relax with some fab food and drinks in the sunshine or maybe even take a stroll through the grounds as part of the Big Dog Walk - yet more adventure to be had!

Join a community of dog lovers as we celebrate our very best friends and treat them to a day out all about them – all within Covid safety guidelines.

Travelling to Dog Fest by car on Sunday 

If you’re travelling to Dog Fest by car this Sunday, please plan your journey in advance. There are a number of planned full closures on the road network, which are connected to the National Highways M6 junction 19 Improvement scheme.

M56 junction 7 westbound exit

There is a planned closure of the M56 junction 7 westbound exit slip road this weekend. This closure will be removed between 08.30 and 13.00 on Sunday, to enable visitors travelling to Dog Fest to use the A556 and A5034.

M6 junction 19 roundabout

The M6 junction 19 roundabout will be closed all day on Sunday for essential resurfacing work. There will be no access to, from or across the M6 motorway at this junction. If you’re travelling north on the M6, you should continue to junction 20, Lymm, and join the A50 towards Tatton Park.

A556 between J19 roundabout and Bucklow Hill

There will be an all-day closure in place on the A556 on Sunday. It will be closed northbound from M6 junction 19, and southbound from Bucklow Hill. On leaving the event, you will be able to use the A556 north to join the M56 motorway at junction 7. To join the M6, you should use the A50 through High Legh to reach the M6 at junction 20.
