Getting plenty of exercise and eating a balanced diet is essential to keeping a healthy body, but how do we maintain a healthy mind? Awareness of how to care for our own mental health is key to our overall happiness and wellbeing. In this special event, learn some techniques to connect with your mind and make some time for self-care. Please note that this is an online experience that will last approximately 10-15 minutes.
