Let's celebrate local heroes and inspiring individuals!

This year's Scarecrow Festival takes place during the May Spring Bank holiday week, and is a celebration of people who have helped us through the coronavirus pandemic. Join us in the Gardens or down at the Farm to see if you can identify local lockdown heroes and inspiring individuals from 2020 / 2021.  These wonderful scarecrows are created by our staff and located throughout the Gardens and Farm for you to find. Take a selfie next to national icons, mighty medics and local heroes and look out for famous names. Who do you think should be honoured? We're inviting you nominate your hero and tell us why at tattonmarketing@cheshireeast.gov.uk until 30 April. Tickets to the Parkland and Gardens can be booked online now. We're hoping to re-open the Farm on 12 April - tickets coming soon.

Children's Drawing Competition

This year we've asked children to take part in our festival by entering a drawing competition to design an inspirational scarecrow!….and it might just be made into a real one! Our drawing competition runs until 30 April and is open for children up to 12 years old and the theme is your unsung heroes and inspiring individuals.
