Gardeners Cottage tea room fully open June 24th
The former head gardeners cottage has been transformed in
to what is arguably one of the most attractive `tea rooms’ in the
region. It's due to open fully June 24th. In the meantime its
offering a reduced menu on certain days so you can have a sneaky

New American Garden
A new landscaped garden replicating what the American garden
would have look like during the 18th century. It's an evolving
project but expect to see new varieties of American species,
carefully selected by the gardeners, to enjoy all year round!
New look Gift Shop
Our new look Gift Shop is now open with a lovely fresh and
spacious interior and some exciting new product lines along with
our traditional favouriute gifts. Do pay it a
visit!
2013 adult and family learning programme now on sale
A diverse programme of activities for adults, families and
children which take place in a variety of stimulating environments.
Courses range from lectures and horticulture classes to wildlife
walks, longbow sessions, creative crafts and
special hands-on-history activity tasters. New courses for
2013 include a children's bird watching activity, wilderness
survival skills for kids and a range of Beatrix Potter themed
activities
The Magic of Beatrix Potter 2013
Plans are taking shape to open our event of the year march
23rd - The Magic of Beatrix Potter at Tatton
Park - we'll be playing host to original
drawings and characters from the much loved tales
of Beatrix Potter during a enchanting programme of events for
2013. There'll be special trails featuring a gaggle of
characters from her treasured stories. Spot some of their other
animal friends in the Gardens and Farm including Peter Rabbit, Miss
Tiggywinkle and Pigling Bland.You are invited to come and enjoy fun
children’s activities, exhibitions, theatre, story telling,
learning and much more … and there’s always the chance you’ll meet
Peter Rabbit and friends too ! More

Home Farm
The Farm has been extended to include a den-building area,
woodland play trail, grass maze (plus the maize maze will be
ready from July) and each Sunday from May to September there will
be story-telling in the woods (with an inside story room area
available in case it rains). With familiar rare breed friends and
hopefully new arrivals to meet there is lots to pack in to your
