Be Amazed by Science at Tatton Park
Go along to Tatton Park this half term and bank holiday weekend and delve into the fascinating scientific legacy of the park as the Tatton team celebrate science, technology and engineering, part of Cheshire’s ‘Amazed By Science’ Festival 2015.
Visitors are being invited to be inspired by Tatton’s rich heritage of past achievements and endeavours and explore how science still plays a significant part in the day to day running of the Tatton Park estate today, helping to maintain and conserve both its built and natural features for today’s visitors and generations to come.
There are stacks of amazing activities going on right across the park including fascinating talks, intriguing trails, demonstrations, hands-on activities and workshops.
Visitors can uncover scores of scientific elements in the gardens including heated walls and the leech pool fountain powered by gravity.
