Booking Your Visit

The following information will help you to plan your trip to Tatton Park and we will be happy to assist with any aspect of planning your itinerary.

A Group is classed as a party of 12 or more people and all groups should be pre-booked. Groups not requiring a guided tour can buy tickets for one or more attractions at a discounted rate ONLY if booked in advance, otherwise normal charges apply. The maximum number per tour is 25 at any one time for visitor enjoyment so for guided tours larger parties will be split and will require one guide per group.

Coaches and minibuses are admitted to the park free of charge. For groups arriving in individual cars, park entry is charged at the rate of £4.50 per car.

Group coach drivers are entitled to a light meal at the Stables Restaurant of either soup and a sandwich or a jacket potato, followed by a traybake.  A choice of tea, coffee or a fizzy drink is also available.

Payment

All groups must be pre-booked in order to qualify for group rates. Guided tours must be paid for a minimum of two weeks in advance and cheques must be sent in advance to the address below. Cheques should be made payable to Cheshire East Council. For groups booking packages with the restaurant, the package must be paid for one month in advance and is non-refundable. Otherwise, groups should pay on the day in one transaction, preferably by cheque.
