Summer Family Learning Activities

The 1,000 acre historic estate of Tatton Park provides ample opportunity for fun exploration and discovery!
Whilst families can have endless fun exploring Tatton Park themselves during the summer, we offer activities for the whole family, with the opportunity to find out what is hiding beneath the surface of Tatton Park!
Pond Dipping and Bug Hunting
Wednesdays 6th and 13th August 10am – 1pm
Bring the family for a trailer ride through the park, go pond dipping, bug hunting and learn about the parkland’s wildlife and habitat Booking essential by calling 01625 374428.
Tactile Textiles
Wednesday 20th August at the Old Hall 10.30am - 12.30pm or 2pm - 4pm
Discover the wonderful world of wool and weaving, watch demonstrations by costumed guides and take part in Hands on activities. For children aged 7 and over. Adults can enrol on the course too - including weaving wool baskets, mats braiding and lots more!
£12.50 per person for the 2 hour session. Booking essential by calling 01625 374428.
