Stables Menu

Our chefs prepare fresh hot meals daily. Two meat dishes, one fish and one vegetarian option are available every day. Typical examples are detailed below. Our menu includes seasonal specials and a large range of delicious cakes. Sandwiches are made daily on the premises and include are own roasted ham and chicken and poached salmon to bring you the freshest possible fillings.

• Pan Fillet of Pork Blue Cheese glaze and Tatton Sage
• Pot Roast Chicken
• Poached Cod, Snapper, Smoked Salmon, Prawns and Hard Boiled Egg with a crumble topping
• Mushroom Stroganoff with Braised Beef

 

Menu Two

• Roast Leg of Welsh Lamb and Mint Sauce
• Homemade Steak and `Lancaster Bomber' Ale Pie with a Suet Crust
• Grilled Plaice with a Lemon, Dill and Caper Sauce
• Goats Cheese and Cherry Tomato Risotto Cakes drizzled with Roast Pineapple Salsa

 

 

We offer fresh food for all the family from Baby Deli to Kids and Junior Meals to a full hot meal. Whether you would like a bowl of homemade soup or just a drink everyone is welcome.
