Exhibition Rooms

In 2005 after four years of planning and six months intense conservation and preparation, two new exhibition spaces were opened thanks to funding from the Heritage Lottery Fund, Cheshire Rural Recovery, Cheshire County Council, the National Trust and National Trust Centres.

A permanent exhibition space housing the Maurice Egerton Exhibition details Tatton’s ‘modern day’ heritage and tells a fascinating story of exploration, travel and collecting habits of the late 19th and early 20th century.

The temporary exhibition houses regularly changing shows relating to Tatton Park.
